Privacy Policy
Effective Date: August 22, 2026
BRYNKO LLC (“BRYNKO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information through brynko.com and our internal financial application, NEXA Financial Control.
Scope
This policy applies to BRYNKO’s website and to NEXA Financial Control, an internal tool used to analyze and manage BRYNKO LLC’s financial information. NEXA may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit’s authorized OAuth system.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
• Business contact information voluntarily provided to BRYNKO, including names, email addresses, telephone numbers, company information, and messages.
• QuickBooks data authorized by the QuickBooks account administrator, which may include company information, chart of accounts, balances, financial reports, transactions, invoices, bills, customers, vendors, inventory information, and other accounting records.
• Technical information necessary to operate and secure the website or application, such as browser type, device information, IP address, timestamps, authentication records, and error logs.
BRYNKO only requests information reasonably necessary for its legitimate business, accounting, financial-control, and reporting purposes.
How We Use Information
We may use information to:
• Connect securely with QuickBooks Online.
• Review and analyze accounting and financial records.
• Prepare internal financial reports and management insights.
• Support reconciliations, cash-flow analysis, financial controls, and capital-allocation decisions.
• Detect accounting inconsistencies, missing information, or potential risks.
• Maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and improve system reliability.
• Meet legal, tax, regulatory, or accounting obligations.
• Respond to authorized business inquiries.
NEXA Financial Control is initially intended for controlled, read-only financial analysis. BRYNKO will not represent that an action was completed unless the connected system confirms it.
Sharing of Information
BRYNKO does not sell or rent personal or financial information.
Information may be shared only when reasonably necessary with:
• Intuit and QuickBooks Online to provide the authorized integration.
• Technology, hosting, security, and data-processing providers supporting the application.
• Authorized BRYNKO members, employees, contractors, accountants, attorneys, or professional advisers.
• Government authorities or other parties when required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
Service providers are permitted to use information only for the services they provide to BRYNKO.
QuickBooks and Third-Party Services
NEXA connects to QuickBooks Online using Intuit’s OAuth authorization process. Users control the authorization granted to the application and may revoke access through their Intuit or QuickBooks account.
Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit’s own terms and privacy policies. BRYNKO is not responsible for the independent privacy practices of Intuit or other third-party services.
Data Retention and Deletion
BRYNKO retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the application, maintain financial and accounting records, satisfy legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the company.
An authorized user may request disconnection of the QuickBooks integration or deletion of eligible application data by contacting BRYNKO at business@brynko.com.
Revoking QuickBooks authorization stops future access through the integration. Certain records may be retained when required for accounting, legal, tax, security, or compliance purposes.
Data Security
BRYNKO uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
No internet-based system can guarantee absolute security. BRYNKO limits access to authorized persons and reviews permissions and system activity as appropriate.
Your Choices and Rights
Depending on applicable law, authorized individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of eligible personal information held by BRYNKO.
Requests may be submitted to business@brynko.com. BRYNKO may verify the requester’s identity and authority before processing a request.
Children’s Privacy
BRYNKO’s website and financial application are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. BRYNKO does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to This Policy
BRYNKO may update this Privacy Policy when its systems, business practices, or legal obligations change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
